This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between Sorted Boss AI (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the users (“Users”, “you”) who engage with our AI-powered automation services (“Services”).

By registering for, accessing, or using our Services, you affirm your acceptance of this Agreement, including any modifications made from time to time.
Failure to comply with these terms can result in the termination of your access to the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

When you complete the registration process, you legally agree to the provisions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our Services. By continuing to use the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Description of Services

Sorted Boss AI provides white-label AI automation solutions tailored for agency owners, enhancing business communications and operations.
Services include, but are not limited to:

• Automated workflows and AI agents
• CRM and communication platform integrations
• Business process optimization and reporting tools

3. Billing

Access to the Services requires pre-paid approval. The following terms apply:

• Fees and Charges: You agree to pay all applicable fees as described during the service setup process. Prices are subject to change at any time.
• No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.
By using the Services, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including privacy and communications regulations.
• Not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any contractual agreements.
• Not bypass security measures, including using sub-addressed or fraudulent email addresses.
• Avoid soliciting, hiring, or interfering with Sorted Boss AI’s employees, contractors, or clients during or after your subscription term.
• Not attempt to extract unauthorized information about our data, IP, processes, or internal operations.
• Not direct or request any unauthorized actions from our team, including changes to credentials or activities beyond the agreed scope.

Violations of the above may lead to immediate and permanent termination of your account without refund.

5. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time by emailing: support@shreem-ai.in
Please ensure your intent to cancel is clearly stated in the subject or body of your message.

Key Terms:

• Effective Date: Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
• No Refunds: No prorated or mid-cycle refunds will be issued, except where legally required.
• Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon successful cancellation. Contact support if you do not receive it.
• Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid further charges.
• Disputes: If a dispute or cancellation occurs, your account and data will be deleted after 30 days. All remaining credits will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property, including trademarks, trade names, registered designs, and technology used in the Services, remains the property of Sorted Boss AI.

7. User Content

By uploading or posting content, you grant Sorted Boss AI a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, and distribute the content for the purpose of providing Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sorted Boss AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including:

• Loss of data, revenue, or goodwill
• Inability to access or use the Services
• Unauthorized access or alteration of content
• Actions or content from third parties

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sorted Boss AI, its employees, agents, officers, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of the Services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect.
Determination of what constitutes a material change is at our sole discretion.
